Ramps provide ease of access to the Musée and every exhibition gallery is completely accessible to persons in wheelchairs. The Musée also provides visitors with courtesy wheelchairs. No reservation required. On-demand visits are available for groups or persons with a disability. TheAccès-Musée(French only) program, carried out with non-profit community organisations, also makes it possible to design activities adapted to the needs of various types of visitor. Courtesy baby strollers are available at the information counter. In addition, several washrooms are equipped with changing tables.

A free cloakroom service is available for individual visitors and groups. You can check coats, large umbrellas, backpacks, small pieces of luggage, etc.

SPACE rentalS

For a private party or special event, dazzle your guests by reserving our facilities. Elegant reception rooms can host from 10 to 1,500 people.


Strollers and wheelchairs are available free of charge to visitors, at the cloakroom. magnifying glasses are also avaliable in the lobby. Equipment is generally loaned in exchange for a piece of ID.

Lost and found

Speak to a cloakroom attendant if you have lost an object. Outside opening hours, you can contact a Security guard: 418 643-8119.
