Ramps facilitate access to the MNBAQ and all of the exhibition rooms are wheelchair accessible. The MNBAQ also makes wheelchairs available free of charge. Guided tours are adapted on request for groups or the disabled.
The “Listen” Module is available for projections in the Sandra and Alain Bouchard Auditorium in the Pierre Lassonde Pavilion. The module, equipped with headphones that enable users to individually adjust the volume level of the projection, can be obtained from the projectionist.
Registered non-profit community organizations can visit the MNBAQ free of charge under the Accès-Musée (French only) program. Please indicate your group’s needs to the reservations coordinator. More information about adapted services.
Courtesy baby strollers are available at the information counter. In addition, several washrooms are equipped with changing tables.

A free cloakroom service is available for individual visitors and groups. You can check coats, large umbrellas, backpacks, small pieces of luggage, etc.
For a private party or special event, dazzle your guests by reserving our facilities. Elegant reception rooms can host from 10 to 1,500 people.

Strollers and wheelchairs are available free of charge to visitors, at the cloakroom. magnifying glasses are also avaliable in the lobby. Equipment is generally loaned in exchange for a piece of ID.
