The Future Education Through Art Centre

Starting in 2027, the MNBAQ will be equipped with a research, education, and cultural mediation space whose mission will be to drive educational activities for the Musée’s five priority sectors: families, schools, adults, culture, and communities.

The Education Through Art Centre in the current Charles Baillairgé Pavilion will offer a variety of activities and create projects inspired by best practices in the field of cultural mediation through the arts.

With a focus on programs that promote inclusion and accessibility for all communities, the Centre will put innovation at the heart of its practices, which will include a philosophical approach, wellness through art, and sensitive mediation that focuses on the senses and emotions.

This lively space will welcome people of all ages and backgrounds, from regular visitors to those with special needs, and even members of groups who do not generally get to enjoy the museum experience. This unique location will truly serve the community. See you in 2027!
