How did Philippe Blanchard become Philippe Katerine?
Longtime friend and filmmaker Gaëtan Chataigner has known and followed the French singer, actor, and visual artist for over forty years. Through the sequences, we discover a nonlinear artistic journey where humor, poetry, and tenderness prevail. Beneath the surface, it is also the story of a male friendship imbued with softness.
From a small village in western France to a performance where he appears nude and painted blue before cameras worldwide during the Paris Olympics, the film offers an unprecedented immersion into the world of this unique artist.
Sélection officielle - longs-métrages
