Inspired by the symbolism of Niki de Saint-Phalle’s Angel of Temperance, this meditation invites you to slow down, open up your inner space, and let gentleness flow through. The practice will be guided by Marie-Ève Lécine, meditation teacher and founder of Let it Be Méditation.
In a hushed atmosphere lit by candlelight in the Grand Hall of the Pierre Lassonde Pavilion, this moment becomes a welcome respite from the demands of your routine. It’s a moment to breathe, refocus… and perhaps let a little of Niki de Saint-Phalle’s luminous joy bloom in you.
No meditation experience required.
Meditation is a practice that is suitable for most people. However, it is contraindicated for people experiencing an unstable psychological state or suicidal thoughts.
Bring your own yoga mat and/or meditation bench, as well as warm, comfortable clothing. Blankets are welcome.
