Guided meditation: 100 people inspired by temperance

Ange de la tempérance by Niki de Saint Phalle in the Grand Hall of the Pierre Lassonde Pavilion

Inspired by the symbolism of Niki de Saint-Phalle’s Angel of Temperance, this meditation invites you to slow down, open up your inner space, and let gentleness flow through. The practice will be guided by Marie-Ève Lécine, meditation teacher and founder of Let it Be Méditation

In a hushed atmosphere lit by candlelight in the Grand Hall of the Pierre Lassonde Pavilion, this moment becomes a welcome respite from the demands of your routine. It’s a moment to breathe, refocus… and perhaps let a little of Niki de Saint-Phalle’s luminous joy bloom in you.

No meditation experience required.

Meditation is a practice that is suitable for most people. However, it is contraindicated for people experiencing an unstable psychological state or suicidal thoughts.
