Animated reading of Méchant-Méchant et les jouets perdus | 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. (30 minutes)

Storyteller Marie-Hélène Vézina will delight children with this colourful French-language tale of mystery and friendship. Come meet the citizens of Commune-Ville and join Joe, Lita, and Bluke the blue dog on an amazing toy-stealing adventure. A magical story time for children aged 3 to 8 based on the book by author Laurent Condominas, illustrated by Niki de Saint Phalle.

Snakes on the loose! creative workshop | 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., continuous

Do you find snakes frightening or fascinating? For artist Niki de Saint Phalle, snakes were both. She adorned them with motifs and transformed them into powerful, mysterious, and protective figures. And now it’s your turn! Embellish a snake with colourful designs to make it absolutely unique, taking inspiration from the ones Saint Phalle featured in her work.
