Whether it’s your first or your fiftieth time, take the opportunity to enjoy the massive colourful mosaics from the ’50s, appreciate the way birds appear throughout his art, and take in the impressive Tribute to Rosa Luxemburg in an immersive all-new setting.
Did you know that Jean Paul Riopelle claimed to have depicted more than 2000 owls during his career? Make a cute owl hat to wear during your day at the Musée. Join us at the new Education Through Art Centre for a creative experience!
Enjoy a face-painting station with makeup inspired by this famous figure in Québec art history!
The Musée has been involved with the Mobilisation des Porteurs des droits des enfants, a children’s rights organization, since 2015. It aligns with Article 13 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and advocates for the right: “You have the right to express your thoughts, while respecting others. You can express yourself in many ways, including through art.”
