Fondation du Musée
THE FONDATION’S MISSION
While its priority is the major fundraising campaign for the MNBAQ’s expansion project, the Fondation contributes to the longer-term development of the Musée by supporting a variety of initiatives:
- Promoting and supporting the work of the MNBAQ by fostering the growth of its collections, funding for its exhibitions and support for its educational and cultural activities
- Adding to the MNBAQ’s permanent collection
- Acquiring, putting to use and administering gifts and bequests of movable and immovable property in support of the Fondation's projects, particularly that of the new pavilion
